个人简介

杨政,1989年生,河北大学物理科学与技术学院副教授、博士生导师。本科毕业于清华大学, 2016年于中国科学院新疆理化所获得硕士学位,2019年于中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所获得博士学位,2019年12月入职河北大学从事教学与科研工作。主要从事金属卤化物钙钛矿/硫族化合物单晶和薄膜材料的可控制备与基于光电-光热耦合效应的探测器构筑研究。近年来主持国家自然科学基金面上项目/青年项目、河北省杰出青年基金项目/优秀青年基金项目等,近五年以第一/通讯作者在Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Laser &Photonics Reviews、ACS Nano、Nano Letters、Advanced Science、Science China Materials等高水平期刊发表SCI收录论文20余篇。

2、基于光-热-电耦合效应(热释电或光热电)的光电探测器研制
