个人简介
张虎，男，2016年6月在昆明理工大学获得材料学专业博士学位，2016.10-2018.12在南方科技大学物理系从事博士后研究（与南开大学电子科学与技术博士后流动站联合培养），2018.12至2020.8在南方科技大学任职，职位为高级研究学者，2020年9月引进到河北大学物理科学与技术学院工作。
研究方向
研究课题使用紧束缚近似、k•p方法和第一性原理计算研究铁电体和极性狄拉克半金属中的铁电性、自旋输运和拓扑性质，基于双折射狄拉克费米子设计新型自旋场效应晶体管。
