摘要:

 

一、个人简介
梁宝来, 于2000年7月获南开大学光学工程博士和2007年5月获美国阿肯色大学微光电子学博士学位,先后在英国ABERTAY-DUNDEE大学、美国新墨西哥大学及洛杉矶加州大学做博士后和客座研究员,现为河北大学物理科学与技术学院教授。
 
二、研究方向
1、半导体纳米功能材料的分子束外延制备、光学特性诊断和光电器件的研发
2、光折变非线性光学和光学信息处理
 
三、学术兼职
1. Sigma Xi、OSA、MRS、SPIE、 IEEE等学会会员
2. 担任OSA,ACS,AVS,IOP,AIP,SPRINGER,Elsevier 等协会和杂志社的NANO SCALE,Applied Physics Letters,Optics Express, Chemical Communications 等30余种国际学术期刊的审稿人
3. SPIE PHOTINICSWEST、ISCS等国际会议组委会委员和分会主席
